I'm Tommy. 

I played football in college and spent my early 20's snowboarding. If someone told me I'd get into yoga, meditation, and eventually become a men's coach, I'd have laughed. But my corporate career was draining the life out of me. I was losing my temper at home, and my health was going to shit. 

Our problems shape who we become, and it's led me here. Now I help guys like you manage your anger and overwhelm so you can be the kind of person you want your kids to be.
